Easy Return & Exchange

Uniform Point has made its online ordering risk-free and that includes making the return and exchange policy clear to all its customers. We guarantee that all products are free from defects or any damage and if you find any, we will replace it no questions asked. You can also return your merchandize within 45 days of receipt if you are not completely satisfied with it.

In order that we can process any return, you must obtain a Return Merchandize Authorization number or RMA #. You can email us at returns@uniformpoint.com or by calling us at 1-866-967-8573. Please specify in your email whether you want to return for REFUND or for an EXCHANGE.

Please note that:

  • If you ordered wrong size and want to exchange all items there will be NO RESHELVING or RESTOCKING FEE on your order. Except for bulk order; please call us to get the correct sizing information.
  • If you ordered wrong size and want to exchange some items there will be NO-RESHELVING or RE-STOCKING FEE on your exchanged items but YOU NEED TO SHIP the items from your side. And you will be charged $5.00 for the shipping of the exchanged items.
  • If you want a refund on your order then shipping charges will deducted from your order total. In case you have free shipping then $10 will be charged from you and rest of the amount will be refunded. Original shipping costs are non-refundable.

Returned items should be 100% complete and in original packaging, meaning it has not been used or washed. Test your new shoes out on the carpet, because we cannot accept footwear returns if they show visible wear.

  • Personalized items or items that have been Embroidered, Screen printed, Imprinted, and Engraved are NON-RETURNABLE and NON-REFUNDABLE.
  • Altered items are NON-RETURNABLE and NON-REFUNDABLE.
  • Made to order or customized items are NON-RETURNABLE and NON-REFUNDABLE.
  • Gift certificates are NON-RETURNABLE and NON-REFUNDABLE.

Customized items can be returned for alteration but it is important that you call us at 1-866-967-8573 so our customer service representatives can talk to you regarding the details of the alterations required.

Please make sure to put your items for return in a new box and paste the RMA outside of the box so that when received it will go directly to the Returns Department. For your protection, we strongly recommend that you use a carrier that is able to provide you with proof of delivery.

If you've provided your email address, we'll let you know when we receive your package. Otherwise, please allow 10-15 business days to process your exchange, credit or refund.
