Easy Return & Exchange

Uniform Point has made its online ordering risk-free, and that includes making the return and exchange policy clear to all its customers. We guarantee that all products are free from defects or any damage and if you find any, we will replace it no questions asked. You can also return your merchandise within 45 days of receipt if you are not completely satisfied with it.

1. What should I do if I want to return or exchange an item/s?

  • In order that we can process any return, you must obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization number or RMA #. You can email us at returns@uniformpoint.com or by calling us at 1.866.696.4644. Please specify in your email whether you want to return for REFUND or an EXCHANGE.

2. Do I need to pay for the return and exchange shipment?

  • Yes, you can send the package back with the carrier of your choice such as USPS, UPS, FedEx, DHL, etc.

3. If I need immediate exchange order?

Customized items can be returned for alteration but it is important that you call us at 1.866.696.4644 so our customer service representatives can talk to you regarding the details of the alterations required.
