Order Status and Tracking
If you have provided us with a valid email address, you will receive a confirmation email upon placing an order online. But this is just to confirm that you have place an order with us. Once it has been processed and charged, you will receive an email that will inform you that your credit card has been charged and released for production give the complete details including the day it is expected to be shipped out.
- You can easily track the status of your order by calling us toll free at 1-866-967-8573.
- If you have an account with UniformPoint.com, you can also click on My Account that is always on the top right of our website. To access your account, it will ask for your email address and zip code (that is if you haven't changed your temporary password yet) then you will be asked for your password.
If you don't have an account, click on the Track your Order tab at the lower portion of our website and you will be asked for the email address you provided us, order # and shipping zip code.
Most of the time, your order will be processed, charged and shipped out within 24 to 48 hours (unless it's personalized or made to order). There are times though that high demand causes items to run out and if that happens with your order, we will let you know immediately. We will also let you know when it's going to be available. You have the choice of waiting for it to be in stock to have them ship altogether. You can also have them ship separately with the back order shipped as soon we have it in stock. No worries, either way, you will only be charged once for shipping.
If the item is not in stock and will take some time to be in stock, we will cancel the item(s) for you and in this case we will not charge you for the item or any shipping and handling fee.
What does this status mean when you track your order?
You've successfully completed the checkout process at UniformPoint.com but your order has not yet been processed.
Payment has been accepted and order has been processed. Your order is now being released for production. As soon as your order is completed then it will be shipped out to you.
Please note that if there is embroidery being done, this will take around 7 days. After your order is released, we are not able to cancel or modify your order.
Purchase order processed and waiting for payment.
Cancelled: Your order has been cancelled, and you will not receive any merchandise or be billed for the transaction.
Your order has been put on hold by customer service and you need to call us at toll free 1-866-967-8573 or email us at email@example.com. Hold order may be due to a back order item or a there is a need for address verification.
Partially Shipped: Part of your order has been shipped. The rest of your order will be shipped soon.
Your order has been completely filled and is ready for shipping.
Shipped and waiting for payment.
Either credit card declined or payment not received. You need to contact us immediately at 1-866-967-8573.
