Free shipping is available on orders of $35 or more to any address within the lower 48 states.

• APO/FPO addresses, Alaska, Hawaii, Guam, US Territories and international address do not qualify.

To estimate when your order will be processed and shipped, please consider and take the following into account:

• Our system has been designed to fill orders to get them on their way and shipped out to you as quickly as possible. But for security purposes and as a protection to our customers, all online orders are subject to credit card authorization and verification with the credit cardholder and issuing bank. Uniform Point reserves the right to cancel or delay an order due to verification process. Should this occur, an email notification will be sent.
• Orders are only shipped Monday through Friday, excluding holidays. Any orders placed on a Saturday or Sunday will be shipped the following week.
• Shipping of merchandize also depends on the demand and availability of the item, please review the product availability listed for a more accurate estimate.
• Express and Express Plus orders placed after 1PM EST are processed the following business day, Monday through Friday.
• • Express Delivery is unavailable to Hawaii, Alaska, Guam, Puerto Rico, APO/FPO, and US Virgin Islands.
  • For orders $500 or more, shipping cost for UPS 2nd Day Air is 7% of the total order amount and UPS Next Day Air is 15% of the total order amount.
• Delivery dates are not guaranteed in the event of service interruptions or failures caused by events beyond the control of Uniform Point. These interruptions include but not limited to transportation system, shipping carrier or cardholder's credit card bank delays.
• Tracking information for orders shipped via UPS may be available only after 48 hours the order is shipped from our warehouse. USPS does not provide a tracking number but you can contact the customer service to ask for label # so you can check the shipping progress of your order.
• We determine the most efficient shipping carrier for your order. The shipping carrier that may be used to ship your order is either U.S. Postal Service (USPS) or UPS.
• • Military addresses (APO or FPO) will be shipped via USPS.
  • USPS Premium: Saturday delivery and residential delivery at no extra cost (depending on post office service availability). It is the only 2-3 day service that delivers to mailboxes, mail slots and P.O. Boxes.
  • UPS Ground Service is not available to Hawaii, Alaska, Guam, Puerto Rico, APO/FPO, and US Virgin Islands.
  • UPS: No Saturday and Sunday service available.
• Delivery delays due to service interruptions or inclement weather conditions are not the responsibility of Uniform Point or the carrier.
• For International Orders: the minimum shipping cost is $75; the actual shipping cost is based on the weight of the whole package. When you place the order, shipping cost would only be $75 but upon computation of actual order, we will email you the correct shipping charge. It would be best to give us a call so we could give you actual shipping cost based on the items you plan to order.
