Order Confirmation

If you have provided us with a valid email address, you will receive a confirmation email upon placing an order online. Once it has been processed and charged, you will receive an email, informing you that your credit card has been charged and released for production give the complete details including the expected shipping date.

  1. Click on My Account top right of our website.
  2. Enter your email address and password.
  3. Click on order status and track your order


If you don't have an account, click on the Track your Order tab at the lower portion of our website and you will be asked for the email address you provided us and order # log in to the account where you can track your order

1. Order processing time?

Most of the time, your order will be processed, charged and shipped out within 24 to 48 hours (unless it's personalized or made to order).


2. How do I know that my item is out of stock?

There are times though that high demand causes items to run out, and if that happens with your order, we will let you know immediately. We will also let you know when it's going to be available. You have the choice of waiting for it to be in stock to have them ship altogether. You can also have them ship separately with the backorder shipped as soon we have it in stock.


3. Will I be charged more than one time for the back ordered item?

No worries, either way, you will only be charged once for shipping.


4. Will I be charged for out of stock item?

If the item is not in stock and will take some time to be in stock, we will cancel the item(s) for you, and in this case, we will not charge you for the item or any shipping and handling fee.
