The order process for orders within and outside of the United States and Canada is the same except:
- When choosing the shipping method, please choose International $75.00.
- Please select “Other” from the country drop down menu.
Once the order has been submitted, you will receive an email with the exact shipping charge and the PayPal payment request. The International shipping cost of $75 is the minimum shipping cost. The actual shipping charge is based on the number of items you ordered.
If you approve of the cost, then you can send the payment thru PayPal. If not then, please email us or give us a call so we can cancel your order.
Our shipping and handling cost does not include any customs duties, taxes and custom brokerage fees. For these particular charges, please check with your local customs office.
International orders can be made online or over the phone at 1.866.967.8573. Please be reminded that we do not accept international credit cards and we can only accept PayPal as the method of payment. Make sure that all information and details are correct, it would be best to follow up with the customer service department or ask for a shipping quote before you place your order. Please allow 3-4 weeks for your order to arrive if outside of the US or Canada. We do not offer expedited shipping or express delivery for international orders.
